“I was unsure about having a doula at first, but upon meeting Delia and getting to know more I knew immediately that I would love to have a doula and that Delia was the one for me. She was the voice I did not know I had. She had provided a great insight for me and talked me through birth before and afterwards, and when my birth plan changed she adjusted and help me through it. I really could not think of a better person to have by my side than her. She gave me so much information about anything under the sun, made me feel heard without any judgment, and showed me that birth can be enjoyable and safe even if the birth plan changes.
